“Wilt thou be made whole?”
JOHN 5:6
That is the question Jesus asked a man who had carried his condition for thirty-eight years. It is the question at the heart of ReviveWell, and we believe the answer touches the whole person: spirit, soul, and body.
This is not about perfection. It is about restoration.
Not pressure, but purpose.
Not overwhelm, but alignment.
Our Mission
Strengthen the vessel so the calling can be fulfilled.

ReviveWell strives to be a trusted source of wellness, hope, and transformation for all who desire to rise into the life God intended.
The Story Behind ReviveWell
From Client to Calling
For over forty years I have served as a Licensed Practical Nurse, caring for the sick at the bedside. Then in 2023, the nurse became the patient. Uncontrolled Type II Diabetes and diabetic neuropathy in both legs that were affecting my vision and my mobility. Hypertension walking alongside it all.
I did not hide it. I took my Facebook family and friends by the hand and walked them through my nine-month journey as a functional medicine client, out loud and in real time. The good days and the hard ones. What I learned about my body. What I learned about my God.
I think about the Apostle Paul, who begged the Lord three times to remove the thorn in his side (2 Corinthians 12:7–9). And the Lord answered, “My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.” And Jacob, who wrestled the angel all night with his hip out of joint and would not let go until he got the blessing (Genesis 32:24–30). He walked away limping, and he walked away blessed.
That is ReviveWell. Not perfection. Presence. Caring for the vessel God assigned you, with joy, even when health is a weight you carry.
That journey gave me more than my health back. It gave me a calling: I went from client to Certified Integrative Health Practitioner so the woman who once needed answers could, by God’s grace, help others find them. Grace carried me through the crisis. Stewardship teaches me to tend what grace restored.

From the Journey
This Journey Has a Face
Every word on this page was lived first. The nurse in the sneakers is me — mid-journey, prediabetic no more, learning to tend the vessel God assigned me while still serving everybody else.
I will never put a stock photo between you and the truth. When you see a plate on this page, it came from my counter. When you read a lesson, it came from my testimony. That is the ReviveWell way: grace shared, not sold.
And because I believe in giving credit where credit is due: this journey started in July 2023, at age 63, as the beginning of a 9-month Functional Medicine program under the care of Dr. Jonathan Spages, Functional Medicine Provider. God used that season of guided care to teach my hands wisdom, and every lesson I share here grew from what I lived through it.
Here is what a day on my plate really looks like — then we will talk about where every journey truly starts: in the mind.
Important: My Story, Not a Promise
The experiences shared here are my personal journey and my personal outcome. I do not guarantee that you will experience the same results. Every body, every history, and every health condition is different.
