Flex Day Special

Southern Fried Chicken
Welcome to Bishop’s Kitchen!

And because we keep it real around here — here comes the Bishop himself, live from his own kitchen, with a recipe for some very good fried chicken. Watch for the wink: the Flex Day you just read about is exactly how a plate like this fits a temple-minded life. One planned day, fully earned, zero guilt. Keeping the temple Fit-4 Service — with a little grace on the side.

From Bishop’s kitchen table to yours — the debut of Bishop in the Kitchen.

What Is a Flex Day?

Why Is Bishop in the Kitchen?

Bishop in the Kitchen is the kitchen-table side of ReviveWell, our temple-minded wellness journey. Why the kitchen? Because your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost (1 Corinthians 6:19) — and what lands on the plate lands in the temple.

A Flex Day is one planned, fully earned flex meal each week — a day to enjoy good food, like the Bishop’s Southern fried chicken, with zero guilt, then return to the rhythm. It is grace on the journey, not a loophole: a milestone of consistency, never a starting gate.

So when the Bishop ties on his apron, he is not just cooking — he is showing that honoring the temple and enjoying God’s good food can sit at the same table.
